I’ve been a nanny for 8 years and I have never met a baby who didn’t take/need at least 1-2 naps a day. My friend just had her son in October, and she never put him on a nap schedule so he has never taken a nap while in her care. I watched him for a few days and he would get extremely fussy after eating and I’d rock him and he’d sleep for 2-4 hours at a time multiple times of the day. Do you think its her parenting style? The baby? Should I say anything?
