100 lb weight loss journey

On February 27th, 2017 was the start of changing my life forever. I was so sick of looking in the mirror and hating what I was seeing. I would get so depressed and sad and hate myself, but what made me feel better was eating. For that moment whatever I was eating made me feel better because it was good and I was happy, but then I went right back to hating myself and feeling weak because I turned to food even after I said I wouldn’t. I started eating extremely healthy, and working out 7 days a week at the gym between weight lifting and cardio, I also started doing kickboxing classes 4 times a week. I have lost 100 lbs so far and couldn’t be any more proud. I am 30 lbs from my absolute goal weight. Dreams do come true when you put in the effort to achieve them. 💪🏼☺️😍
