It’s Colic... Right?

My son started uncontrollably screaming every single evening for hours on end. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING works. We’ve tried treating him for reflux at the recommendation of his doctor, giving him Zantac twice a day. We’ve tried the $20 a bottle colic calm natural medicine, regular gripe water, gas drops, the Windi gas passer, the happy tummy warming wrap, belly massage, pacifier, position changes, we tried a hypoallergenic formula thinking his tummy wasn’t breaking the milk protein down efficiently, constipation ease (because he did have some constipation issues previously), probiotics, and the Babocush that fits the mamaroo so he can lay on his tummy and swing, the vibrating bouncy seat. What else do I do? I’m dying here. 😭😫😢
