Would an ectopic pregnancy show as BFP on a pregnancy test?

Just curious! Im having a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but having some weird pains in the ovary area, so not too sure what that could mean!! Thanks for the help!

An ectopic is still a pregnancy. It is not viable but it is still a pregnancy. If you have any thoughts you may one you need to call your doctor.

I had a positive 2 days after my missed period my tube ruptured at 9 weeks I didn't have any symptoms of an eptopic

I didn’t get a positive test until about 6 weeks. Had no symptoms though because HCG was super low.

An ectopic is still a pregnancy - but HCG usually rises erratically rather than in a normal pattern. As well there will be increasing pain in one side. They’re usually found between 6-8 weeks when the embryo gets big enough to start putting real pressure on the tube. If you’re concerned get checked ASAP.
