Boob Pain Going Away at 8 Weeks

My boobs and nipples have been so sore for a month now, but today I woke up at 8 weeks 3 days with very little to no soreness. Should I be concerned? I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy, and with that one my pregnancy symptoms very rapidly disappeared the day before I miscarried.
