mucus plug??

did anyone lose part of their mucus plug and then have a dull ache like period cramp right after? just lost what seems to be a piece of mine. 35+5

Im 37 1/2 weeks and  I have been losing parts of mine for several weeks. Just in the last couple of days it has started to have a little bit of blood in it too. And I'm also more crampy like my period is going to come. But I haven't had any more contractions than 1 or 2 a day.

I lost all of mine at 33 weeks and had pains on and off for about 5 days. Since then it’s all stopped and I just get the feeling of pressure from where she is sitting low. 
I was told that as long as it weren’t bloodied it will be ok. X
