Late 40's and TTC

Is being in my late 40's (46) to late to try to get pregnant? I have a 24 yr old and 17 yr old.

I am in a new relationship. Although I thought I was done, he really wants us to have a baby. And now that we've been talking about it. I really truly want a baby. And we've been trying since Oct 2017 and still nothing. That's why I'm asking if it's to late for me.
