dealing with a breakup

my boyfriend and I decided that we needed to break up after almost 5 years dating. we're both pretty mature about it but my heart is shattered and I can't eat or anything. he was my first everything my high school sweetheart. I'm just praying for a clear view in life and I'll have to take it day by day. :(
