What is the most annoying/ridiculous thing you hear from people about your decision to wait?

Everyone I know acts like this is the most controversial thing I’ve ever done. Several people are actually angry at me. 🙄 And no one can wrap their head around how I could possibly have a baby shower without knowing the gender.

But I think the most annoying thing I encounter is that every single stranger I meet asks me if it’s a boy or a girl, and when I say it’s a surprise, they freak out and either tell me all about how they want to do that or could never do that. And I have to sit there and smile politely like I care. Just leave me alone, people. 😂
