Can I increase?

My baby is 9 weeks old. While on leave I had to supplement approx 4-6oz formula a day. Now that Im at work Im producing approximately 1 oz an hr. I am at liberty to pump in the privacy of my own office. Is it realistic to think I can increase my supply bu pumping frequently?

Yes! You can power pump each day. It’s when you pick a hour and pump for 20mins, then rest 10 then pump 10 then rest 10 then lastly pump 10. It’s suppose to signal your body that you need to make more milk

I exclusively pumped. I pumped 8x in a 24 hr period. I took fenugreek supplement 2× a day, fennel  supplement 2× a dau, ate oatmeal and almonds daily. I pumped 40-50 oz per day.
