Can I use different brand Breast pump accessories?

I have a Medela pump & want to get some new bags & bottles. Babies R us are sold out of the medela brand stuff I want so I glanced at other brands. I know I can shop elsewhere but I have gift cards that need to be used anyway plus I won’t have to pay out of pocket. Are other brands compatible with each other? Like a medela pump with lansinoh storage bags?

My evenflo bottles fit with the manual medela

you can use any storage bag you just pour the pumped milk into it. unless you're pumping directly into the bag with an adapter then make sure the bags allow for that.
