Okay. So last night, I gave my husband an ultimatum. I told him to unlock his phone or I’m leaving. He did not unlock his phone but swore up and down that he is NOT cheating and me asking for his phone is me over reacting and being insecure. He walked out the house while being all defensive saying crazy thing. So I went to go get our son and he came back and in told me I am not taking him and I am not going nowhere. He still did not budge and would not unlock his phone. Kept telling me all kinda things that he is not cheating. I told him “why are you going through all this trouble instead of just handing me your phone and letting me look? Or you can just own up and tell me.” This man still did not give me his phone. So I didnt leave that night, I didnt wanna cause a scene but when he went to work. I packed my things and left. By him not showing me his phone, that means he is cheating right? Basically he would rather lose me than hand me his phone and prove to me. Do you think I made the right choice by this ultimatum?

(Back story, I believe he is cheating but can’t prove it. He has been absent a lot lately. No alibis are off and not adding off with very weird lies.)

Update: I am still out. I am with my parents. So far he has been calling trying to get me to come home but yet he still will not show me his phone. He insist that I’m being crazy still and that it’s his phone. He pays the bill and if he don’t want me to see then it’s his choice but yet he wants me to come home. I’m not going because I don’t trust the man. The whole reason I gave the ultimatum is because I went through it a few weeks ago and found evidence and was patient because I wanted it to build up. Have more evidence but this time, I wanted to give him a chance to own up to it. Still avoiding the whole phone issue. So until then, I don’t see my marriage working out. It hurts but im thinking of separating from him and filing. But as of now, I am more focus on finishing up school in May. He not gonna show me or if he does, by it being this long... he probably deleted everything.
