Can I start pumping before I have my baby?

I feel goofy asking this but I'm really curious. I'm 27w4d with my daughter. I plan to exclusively pump once she's here. A big part of the problem trying to breastfeed her brother was my lack of supply. I'm wondering if maybe I can start pumping once I start leaking to bring on my supply and hopefully even build a stash for the freezer. I really want to be successful at it this time but worried I won't produce enough again. I'm willing to try lactation cookies and whatnot but wondering if I could do this and if it'll help.

Pumping is NOT recommended while pregnant as it can cause your uterus to contract & you go into early labor. 
Wait until you have your baby before you start pumping exclusively. Also, some tips I have: lots of skin to skin contact, feed baby, then pump right after to make sure your breasts are empty. 
Empty breasts produce more milk! 😊 wouldn’t recommend only pumping until your actual milk comes in when your baby is around a week old.

your milk doesn't come in until after birth. you may or may not leak but that's only colustrum. it has no affect on your milk supply later on down the road.

Pumping as other commenters have said, can cause preterm labor. 
Also there’s no point in pumping before baby because all you would be pumping out is colostrum. It wouldn’t even be breast milk.

Pumping can cause contractions and put you into premature labor. It also won’t help your supply at this point. I would avoid it.

If you’re really hell bent on doing it wait until your at least 37 weeks it can put you into preterm labor!

How do u know you have a low supply if she’s not born yet??????

This is pinned to delivery room boards at my local hospital so yes they are ok with it long as not too early as baby isn't classed full term til 37 weeks & can start labour sometimes
