Sore tingly beast and very little clear stringy cm. Af due today but nothing.

I know this is my third post but the other app I use in the ttc forum they don’t really answer my questions. Af isn’t here but my Breast are very sore and tingly also my cm is barely there but

Earlier I had some it was cloudy yellow and then later said in the day it was clear stringy but just a little. TMI but my poop is like stuck way up inside. This is my first month ttc and first month off bcp. Got a vvvvfl on a cheapie I took this morning but it’s possible it’s an evap. My question is do your breast tingle when af is due! I’ve never had that with af so not sure how it feels. And my cm is always tinted with red ewcm right before af.
