What are my options?

JK

Here is my story: I am 30 and hubby is 26. Married 2 years this May, TTC for a 1 yr. It sounds strange but for years, even before I met my Husband, I have had a gut feeling I would struggle having kids. Needless to say I am not suprised we are here. I had my annual well woman visit in Feb and mentioned having trouble concieving. My NP tested my thyroid (neg) and gave me an order for a semen analysis. My husbands semen analysis showed low motility and low morphology but good sperm count. We were recommended an HSG (pending next week) and to see a fertility clinic. My insurance only covers 1 Dr near me and he is booked out for new patients until end of September. :( But he has great reviews so I will wait. Other than HSG is there anything else I can do while I wait? My periods are annoyingly super regular and I have no medical history of infections, PCOS, endometriosis etc. so my GYN said it was not worth it to check my hormones. I have tried everything in the book just about- tracking with BBT and OPK (according to them Im ovulating), preseed, eating pineapple, prenatals, switching from tampons to menstrual cups, exercising more, cutting out alcohol, "stop trying", and nothing. Anyone have expierience with your man having low motility and morphology and everything look normal on your end? Did you need IVF? I know theres still a chance of concieving naturally eventually but I dont know how long I can keep doing this and keep getting BFNs. :( I know Im not "old" but I dont want to keep waiting around.
