can't lose weight

I'm 19 I'm 5'5" and 192lbs. . . I work out everyday because I work everyday I walk almost 3 miles a shift. (i work retail) and I eat barely anything. less than 1300 calories a day. I drink a shit ton of water. and I also do weight work outs such as weighted squats, lunges, bicep work outs, tricep workouts, and other arm work outs. when I'm not working I do a lot of cardio and body weight workouts. I feel like something isn't right.
