So I got the AVA bracelet a little over a week ago and I had a lot of trouble justifying it because I didn't see any middle-of-the-cycle AVA updates, just after they got pregnant ones. So I am gonna periodically update here about it!

This morning (CD17) the app told me I hit my high fertility stage. This is much earlier than any other apps have told me. In order to try to confirm I took an OPK, which had a light second line, so it may be getting close!

For reference, my average cycle has been roughly 45 days.
