Early miscarriage or wth

Ok so I was 4 days late for my period and started to lightly bleed today then all the sudden I get this with what looks like tissue (I had to take a second look cause it looks different then the normal blood clots I get with period) but I’m not sure what that is supposed to look like dr. Google is not helping me any....I have been on antibiotics for 7 days with three days left due to strep throat...I’m not having a whole bunch of pain which is weird cause usually I’m doubled over from period cramps...I do still have a fever 99.1 just checked (but that could be due to strep?). Has anyone had this before or any idea?
