1 month old and diarrhea?!

my 1 month old has had straight up water poop diarrhea since Sunday morning.. she is formula feed and i some times give her gripe water.  nothing has changed so I don't know what it could be.. plus she always acts like she is hungry..  this is causing a lot of discomfort and tight stomach too.. any one have any advice on what to do?

I would take her in to the pediatricians office first thing in the morning. By tomorrow it will be 48 hours of diarrhea which is especially concerning in a newborn. I recommend avoiding the ER if possible because of the exposure to germs there. However, if you see any signs of dehydration before you can get an appointment tomorrow, just take him to the ER ASAP.
