Terribly confused over here. I stopped my birth control in September of last year, and didn’t get a period until February (I haven’t had them for 10 years since I was on BC). But when I did, it was normal.

Now it’s March, and I was technically “late,” but had spotting for one day and then it stopped. Haven’t had anything else for 3 days. Is this likely just my body trying to figure out its hormones again, and my cycle will just be irregular for a bit? Not trying to get pregnant at the moment, sooooo I’m maybe a bit paranoid, lol.
