Anyone with an Apple Watch notice....
Ok, so I’m 5w today. In the last 2 weeks or so I’ve noticed that my sleeping heart rate at night has not been as low as it was just a few weeks ago. Could be nothing at all and I’m just overthinking, but I’m wondering if it’s my body working overtime. My dips were as low as 48 and avg of 50. Now my lows are 53-55 and avg 55-62. I’m not worried by any means just thought it was a fun topic. 😜
