Advice needed..

So me and my boyfriend had discussed trying for a baby for the last 6 months now I finally removed the implant a couple weeks ago now he's telling me we should wait I'm 3 days late for my pariod and I want to be pregnant more than anything but after our conversation I feel like it's all on me now when he was excited before..
