My daughter is 9 years old now and I had been on the depo shot for 2 years when I found out I was pregnant with her. No form of contraception is perfect except abstinence!

My mom got pregnant and had me while on the shot, depends on the person. I was on it for roughly 6yrs but wouldn't recommend it.

I just started the shot and they told me to wait 2 weeks before I have sex. Well that same day I had sex and got pregnant. Sadly ended in a miscarriage

It’s very unlikely if it’s used as direct! Been using it over 2 years & not had a scare either!
