Missed miscarriage options - advice appreciated

I’ve just had it confirmed today, after over 2 weeks of waiting, that I’ve had a missed miscarriage. Tomorrow I go back to my doctor to discuss options - wait and let it happen naturally over the next few weeks, take the drugs to induce a miscarriage or have a d&c.;

I have no clue which option to go for - I’m not sure I want to wait and let it happen naturally as this has been devastating enough already and I really want to move on.

I would really appreciate some advice from people who have been in this position? Which option did you go for? What was it like? Any regrets?
