Vitex sucess???

Question

Has anyone had any luck regulating their cycles with Vitex? I only get 1-2 natural cycles a year and am so sick of the fake hormones from the doctor.

Took it for about three weeks and got a period (haven’t had a period in months) I’m on my second month period is late I have cramps and sore breast but still no Af

I actually like it... I noticed small changes, but I have very strong symptoms (I mean... I can grow a full on beard 🙃 boyfriend is jealous 😑) and it seemed to calm them, even slightly. I've been using OPKS for about 2 years, and only got 2 positives after taking vitex (2 positives in one cycle. taken 24 hrs apart from each other). My temps have also seemed a bit more stable! Not sure if it's all in my head but I have been taking it for about 4 weeks :)

This is my second month on Vitex but still I haven't noticed any changes in my cycle as they are very irregular...It takes 3-4 months to see whether it's working or not..Good luck!!
