Can I eat what I want and build abs and get fit or do I have to diet?

So I’m doing points eating. I have a flabby tummy and I’m just not fit so I started doing weight watchers today were I eat by calculating points of food. I can only eat 26 points a day according to my weight. But I want to build a bigger booty, don’t get it wrong I definitely have a booty but it’s not in shape at all right now. So my question is will I lose my booty doing this point eating? Or can I eat what I want and just implement exercising into my daily life 4 times a day and get fit???
