8 months pp.. no longer BFing.. pregnant???

Question

Okay my son is 8 months old. I stopped breastfeeding about 3 weeks ago.. well about 3 days ago I had brown spotting that never progressed and eventually just went away. Today I’ve been nauseous and super tired lately. Is pregnancy possible? I am on the birth control pill that is weak enough for BFing and I did have to take antibiotics last month soooo.... I’ll post the pic to see what y’all think!

I feel like I see a super faint line but idk if I’m playing tricks on myself. If I base it around the spotting then that would probably be implantation so it would be VERY early into pregnancy
