I’m in my TWW. AF is due 3/26 and we’ve been trying to conceive for 9 months with no luck. I went to my OBGYN in January and the ultrasound showed my left ovary to be enlarged, but no cysts. She didn’t diagnose me, but suggested I try the PCOS diet and start OPK during ovulation times to ensure we’re trying on the best days.This month I got the darkest line positive OPK that I’ve ever gotten. I’m hoping this is our month!! The wait is killing me, but I’m trying not to overthink. My question is, did any of you who are now pregnant ever have any symptoms during the TWW?
