I had my first vagina birth the other day, and have 1 second degree tear.... I’m only 6 days pp and the first few days were rough but each day i feel a little more back to normal! My mom (being a nurse) said should take about 2 weeks to feel pain free and normal again. How long did it take you too feel pain free? My main pain is when i sit for awhile in certain spots or when i walk awhile i feel like my pad rubs on my stitches and irritates it. Other than that not too terribly bad. Prayers for a quick recovery! Also if any advice to help speed along recovery TIA.
