HCG levels

So I got my blood test and I would’ve conceived on 3/1 or 3/2 , my levels are already 1,144 as of yesterday’s blood test. Thoughts? Isn’t this high for this early? I miscarried at the end of last month so I know I couldn’t have conceived any earlier.
