Super sore nipples! Help?

I'm 19 weeks pregnant, and lately my nipples have been peeling like crazy and my boobs are so itchy they're starting to look like they have a rash on them. And today they were leaking and it caused them to stick to my bra (which only made it worse) ☹️☹️ did this happen to anyone else? And how did you fix it or what helped??

Definitely try moisturizing them, I use coconut oil. Mine stay pretty dry and flaky I’m 17 weeks. As for the leaking maybe use some breast pads.

Nothing helped the pain I had when my breasts and nipples were really sore. As for the leaking, if you wear nursing pads in your bra and change them when they get wet it will keep your nipples from sticking to your bra, and keeping it dryer might help reduce the rash like irritation you’re having.
