Is this enough facial hair to be PCOS?

I have irregular periods and the ultrasound showed cysts on my ovaries but the blood test showed normal testosterone levels.

I have PCOS and all my blood work came back in the normal range. I have irregular periods and cysts on my ovaries. You don't have to have all symptoms of PCOS to be diagnosed with it. Abnormal or excessive hair growth is just one symptom. I'd say the blood work and ultra sound are more telling symptoms for you.

1. Polycystic ovaries
2. Irregular periods
3. Excess of androgen hormones 
I have polycystic ovaries and irregular periods and was diagnosed with PCOS. My hormones are normal. 
It’s possible for  someone to have PCOS and not have any cysts are all!

PCOS is a hormonal disorder. That being said your testosterone isn't the only hormone that is affected. I have PCOS and my testosterone had always been normal. Facial hair can also be caused by genetics. If you're concerned about PCOS then book an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist to run a full hormone panel.

I have regular blood work and normal ovaries but the hair growth is another story I grow hair almost on ever part of my body face, chest, stomach, shoulders,back it's bad I grow it better then most men a light switch is my best friend thank goodness I found a man who understands

I have PCOS and my levels aren’t crazy but I do have the extra hair like you! Mine is more like super peach fuzz. Everywhere. I wax it off my face but Lord knows I just let it live on my tummy because... no way I’m waxing that.
