I eat keto so I eat a lot of organic vegetables. Not all are organic but I make sure to get the ones highest in pesticides like leafy greens to be organic. Also I eat grassfed beef and organic eggs and poultry. If I were perfect, I would eat a perfect array of coloured vegetables but I’m not haha.

So eating genetically modified food means you don't eat well? 
Scientists began to genetically modify crops so that they would be resistant to pests and not require the amount of pesticides that non-gmo crops need (a massive amount), and to give a higher yield so that more people can be fed. Non-gmo crops require a lot more pesticides (which you're eating) and can't feed as many people. 
It's interesting that people develop such strong opinions on things they don't understand.
