Hemorrhoids + sex??

Hey everyone, this is a pretty personal question but I just need some advice or even reassurance.

I’m 17 and I am probably going to lose my virginity soon. However, I have had an external hemorrhoid for about 8 months now. As much as I’ve been trying, it hasn’t gone away, and it hasn’t caused me any pain so I haven’t wanted to go to the doctor for it. But I’m curious as to if I have a reason to be insecure during sex or not. The guy that I have in mind probably wouldn’t care but I’m curious as to what the chances are that he’ll even notice. I’m not planning on doing any anal so I mean.. how much would a guy see of your butthole anyway?

This is kind of straightforward and therefore kinda awkward but I really don’t know how else to ask it, and I can’t find any answers anywhere else online.
