This afternoon I had some spotting when I went to the bathroom. Brown when I wiped. it happened a few times when I wiped so I checked cm and there was brown discharge. now tonight it seems to be gone no more spotting when I wipe. I don't want to keep checking cm so just looking when I woke now. I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had an ultrasound last week and found out I was having twins and saw both of their heartbeats. they both measured good and had strong heartbeats for 6 weeks 4 days. one was 130 bpm the other 127 bpm can someone please tell me something advice or if they have experienced this please because I am very worried. thank you.
