So I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow with my Rainbow baby! After having 2 miscarriages me and my fiancé decided not to post anything on social media until I'm out of the first trimester. Well my mother in law posted something about it on Facebook and I am fuming about it cause I specially told the few people we have told NOT to post anything!! Should I be this upset over it or am I just crazy and hormonal?! What would you do in the situation?

Oooooh girl I would be mad too. I agree with another commenter that you can’t go back in time but you sure can tell her how you feel! Perhaps the “damage is done” but you can ask her to delete her post. Hopefully she’ll be respectful and do so. I think that would be a good way to drive home how you feel about this in addition to talking to her about it. It was absolutely not okay for her to do that.

When i was pregnant with my son I was 7 weeks when my F.I.L passed away and my M.I.L put it in the obituary. So she doesn't get to know till second trimester this time

My sister in law did the same thing and I asked nicely to take it down since I wanted to be the first one to announce it so she did and understood but with a mother in law ehhhh I would just let it go and confirm later with an announcement maybe?
