I started bleeding on Monday ( 5weeks 6 days post birth) I assume this is now my period as I have had 2 weeks clear run of no bleeding prior to starting again on Monday. The bleeding started of with clots but these had now subsided but the amount I’m bleeding is terrifying me, I’m bleeding more now than I did after birth, I’m having to use maternity towels which are only just able to deal with the amount of blood, is this normal, prior to baby I used to have regular periods that were very light and only lasted 4 days??
