Hey guys so I'm a younger girl I'm 16 and well me and one of them guy im sleeping with tried anal for the first time. It went well and he went in my ass. This was last night‚ this morning I'm cramping really bad and I have bad gass. I have yet to poop this morning I normally do right after my first cup of coffee. Sorry if this is TMI I just need to know if this is normal.

Try some miralax, 1 capful so that it will soften your stool.  Just in case there’s any rips or tears, you may be constipated and the Miralax will help move things along a little bit.   Mix 1 capful with at least 16oz of juice or water.
