Help me understand x

Hey girls I need some serious help! I’ve just been and got an internal and external ultrasound, when I was having the internal ultrasound the man told me he has found 30-35 small cysts on my left ovary, he has also found a 6.9cm cyst on my right ovary that is bleeding and has the risk of causing my ovary to twist, I’m 19 and have no idea what to think, I have the doctors tomorrow to go through everything with them but can someone please give me a heads up on what all this means because I am freaking out! How do I deal with this? What’s potential problems I’ll experience in the future? I appreciate every comment good or bad immensely x
