Am I pregnant?

I’m on the pill, I’ve taken it correctly. Same time each day. I’ve recently been feeling a pain in the left of my stomach when I move, and I thought I saw some pinkish spotting a few weeks back and I’m was getting a lot of white discharge. Today is the day I am meant to get my period and I’ve got a headache. Is it possible that I’m pregnant?!

Take a pregnancy test if that would make you feel better. I think youre fine. Taking pills make you feel like you’re pregnant. You get the same signs as pregnancy, cause the pills are fooling your body into thinking of that to not let the ovulation occur.
