Castor Oil Packs for period and cyst pains
if you have cysts or sharp pains during ovulation, cramps during your period you should try using castor oil packs! they detox your pelvic area and flush toxins out of your tubes and dissolve cysts! I started a few weeks ago and am already feeling the effects of no pains! anyone have similar experiences or used them?
