Pump paid for by insurance

I called my insurance which is BCBS of TN. They cover pumps but won’t say how much is covered. They have no set maximum on electric pumps but they determine after you purchase how much they will cover. Has anyone used BCBS of TN to get a pump and if so how much did it cover? Thanks!
