Period cramps?

So I am 13 DPO today and yesterday I took a WONDFO test that looked like it MAY have had a positive, but someone told me that it could be an indent because inverted pictures pick indents up more. I’ve taken two more tests since yesterday afternoon when I got the maybe vvvfl and haven’t really noticed a difference. The last 3 days I’ve had a lot of CM, my breasts just started hurting last night, last week my nipples were really painful, and I’ve been SUPER moody. Last month I had a chemical at 15 DPO after finding out I was pregnant at 13 DPO. My symptoms have been a little different than last months pregnancy (boobs were sore for longer and i had super sensitive teeth). Has anyone had cramps that made it seem like they were getting their period and then ended up with a BFP?
