Implantation bleeding?

So on March 2nd I had a D&C.; I only bled for maybe a week. Starting yesterday I was having cramping on my left side and figured maybe my first period is about to start. Last night I had a brownish discharge. Then today NOTHING. Not a drop of brown or red. Slightly cramping but not much. Could it be possible to have conceived again and this be implantation bleeding? Just curious if I’m pulling at straws.
