Sneak peek DNA test worth it?

Has anyone used the sneak peek DNA test? Is it worth the money or should I just wait 6 weeks until anatomy scan? I really want to know the gender but debating on spending the money.

Would you 100% trust the results? If not, I wouldn’t waste the money.

I was trusted the test against friends and families objections. And it was right!!! Confirmed at 18 W ultrasound it was in fact a girl (what sneak peek said). So I trust it! But be very very very careful not to contaminate the test.

I wouldn’t waist my money. You’ll be able to find out soon anyways. I’m a very important person but I’d be to cheap to do that when I’ll know in a few more weeks.

What is sneak peak and how much does it cost?

My OBGYN office offers the sneak peek test. In a laboratory setting where a medical professional takes the blood, it’s over 99% effective! If you can find a clinic that does  the testing, go through them! They usually offer a sonogram with the blood draw as well as a free/discounted sono later to double check results!

I just took it on Tuesday and got my results Wednesday. The only reason I did it is because the local 3d/4d meet the baby ultrasound offers. And once a week a phlebotomist will come in and draw blood. And properly ship to final destintion. contamination and poor handling was not a risk factor. It was 40 dollars more than buying it on amazon and doing it yourself.  I thought it was plenty worth it :)
