Late ovulation?
I’ve noticed my cycles are pretty short after IUD removal. But I don’t get positive OPK until day 18. and then period comes a week later.
How can you naturally fix this?
I took Vitex for a bit, but stopped after reading horror stories of miscarriages after stopping.
