12 Days Late l

I am currently 12 days late. I have had off and on very light cramping since last week but no af. Anyone else have this issue? No real pregnancy symptoms besides headaches and mild waves of nausea, Have had lots of ewcm though. I tested at 7 days late BFN. What’s going on, this is nerve wracking!
