STIMs and Exercise?

What did everyone do about this. Stopped while stimming or just light exercise?  If I have to stop I will but I know the meds can cause bloating so I feel like exercise could help a little

I stopped working out during stims.  I did 2 mile walks and mostly relaxed.  I actually felt fine until after Egg retrieval where the bloating was terrible.  I started working out again about 6-7 days post egg retrieval.  I went back to my normal weight after the retrieval.

I stim’d and exercised. I usually do Pure Barre. I continued as normal. My Dr said continue as normal because I haven’t just begun working out. I guess there is no need to change your routine. But I always see very pregnant girls doing Pure Barre so I know it isn’t ridiculously intense though I feel like I’m gonna die every time!

I stopped just because I wanted all my body’s energy going to the ovaries and my muscle repair.  Overall, I probably could have done something light like walking because I wasn’t feeling too bad/uncomfortable but I just chose to take a pause.  After stims and in the 2WW I did do some light exercise (hiking, light weights)

I am 5 weeks away from stims and have been told not amount of strenuous exercises at all even at this stage as the ovaries  need all the blood flow they can get.  During stims I can walk and do eliptical low impact.  That’s it.

Must REs will recommend low impact exercise only due to the risk of ovarian torsion.
