So when I’m going down on my man and he cums, my mouth feels numb. at first I thought it may have just been something he eats regularly but there isn’t anything that would cause that. Recently we started having sex without a condom because I have an iud and occasionally (usually when he’s dehydrated) my vagina will feel numb and even sore only after he cums in me. & neither of us are sleeping with anyone else so there is a very very low chance of it being some type of std. the internet said it’s more than likely happening because I’m allergic to sperm.
