Help Discharge!!

So my period in 12 days and I started to have discharge and normally I get it a week before my Period and it’s normally white/clear but this time is yellow and sticky but also very watery at times and has some blood in it and I am not sure what this means?? I have recently start working out again and going hard at it could this be the cause??
